In dishonored 2 gutter feast is a regular bonecharm found in dishonored 2.
Dishonored 2 swift shadow x4 and swift stalker x4 comparison duration.
So i got the bonecharm gutter feast which supposedly lets you gain mana if you eat a white rat.
White rats are neutral towards corvo not hostile.
